Development of professional skills in the field of gender equality and social inclusion

Have you faced challenges in finding equal opportunities in work or education because of disability, displacement, or military service? Do you want to strengthen your professional skills and learn how to build an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice matters?

We invite you to participate in the free online program “Development of professional skills in the field of gender equality and social inclusion”! The program is especially relevant for those who have faced barriers in career or education — whether due to social challenges, or unequal opportunities — but it is open to all who are eager to build knowledge and drive change.

Format: Online (MS Teams)

When: Every Tuesday, from 16:00 to 18:00

Period: From September 09, 2025 to December 09, 2025

Over 14 online sessions, you will gain an in-depth understanding of key aspects of gender equality and inclusion. The program covers the following topics:

  • Introduction to Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (September 9 and 16)
  • Legislative Frameworks and Policies (September 23 and 30)
  • Promoting Gender Equality in the Workplace (October 7 and 14)
  • Social Inclusion Strategies (October 21 and 28)
  • Measuring Progress and Accountability (November 4 and 11)
  • Gender and Economic Empowerment (November 18 and 25)
  • Global Perspectives on Gender Equality and Inclusion (December 2 and 9)
