Feasibility Study Completed for 100 MW Electrolysis Plant in Reni

The Feasibility Study for our 100 MW electrolysis plant in Reni, Odesa Region is officially complete!

This isn’t just a study — it’s a full-scale roadmap to green industrial transformation. We explored three production pathways to power the future:

  • Green Hydrogen
  • Green Ammonia
  • Green Methanol

What’s inside the study?

A comprehensive 3-stage analysis:

Stage 1: Defined key project indicators, outlined technology options, built preliminary process diagrams, and gathered proposals from global suppliers.
Stage 2: Delivered basic engineering and architectural solutions, analyzed total cost of ownership, and prepared raw data for financial modeling.
Stage 3: Assessed environmental impact, modeled financials for all 3 pathways, conducted risk analysis, and prepared full tender documentation for EPC implementation.

With this study, Hydrogen Ukraine takes a decisive step toward positioning the region as a green energy hub — and toward making Ukraine a key player in Europe’s decarbonized future.

The groundwork is laid. Let’s build the future — cleaner, safer, and more resilient.

Project funding was awarded through the InnovateUkraine, funded by UK International Development and hosted by British Embassy Kyiv.
