Join Hydrogen Ukraine at the DAAD GH2 Networking Workshop
On Tuesday, 18 February 2025 (12:00-13:00 Berlin time), Iaroslav Kryl, CEO of Hydrogen Ukraine LLC (H2U), will present two key hydrogen projects shaping Ukraine’s renewable energy landscape at the DAAD GH2 Networking Workshop: “Renewable Power-to-Hydrogen Production. Zakarpattia and Odesa Regions” in Ukraine:
- H2U’s Renewable Hydrogen Project in Reni (Odesa Region) – A green hydrogen production plant starting with a 100 MW electrolyser, with expansion plans up to 3 GW, targeting future hydrogen exports to the EU.
- H2U Hydrogen Valley – Zakarpattia – A 100 MW green hydrogen production facility, potentially scaling up to 1.5 GW, integrated with solar and wind power, with an export pipeline planned to supply hydrogen to Slovakia’s metallurgical industry.
These projects are pivotal in integrating renewable energy into Ukraine’s Unified Energy System and strengthening its role in the European hydrogen corridors.
